Need to use our facility?
A super simple way of reserving the campus for weddings, funerals or special events.
We ask for a $100 donation for 2 hours of usage plus an additional donation for Special Equipment (see form). Any event longer than 2 hours will require additional donations.
- Event must not violate LVCC’s Mission, Basic Beliefs and/or Values Statements.
- No alcohol, smoking or drug use in the facility.
- No confetti or glitter.
- No open flame within the facility.
- Fees are based on the nature of use and equipment requested.
- All Fees are due before event.
- Must submit facility request form at least two weeks in advance.
- Use of facility is conditional upon availability.
- No loud music or noise after 10:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Party is responsible for set-up, tear-down and clean-up.
- Party must assume damages (carpet stains, broken equipment, etc…)
