Spiritual Leadership is “Leading in a way that Glorifies God” which is just what Jesus did here on earth. Spiritual leadership is the leadership that affects a man’s family’s future and eternity. A man’s Spiritual Leadership demonstrates Christ to his family and his friends.

When we look back at our lives, will we be able to say that it counted for something? Will who we were, or what we did, matter? We have an opportunity to be involved in something much bigger than ourselves, something that is meaningful, and it begins with us!
How Do I Become a Spiritual Leader?
We become the Spiritual Leaders of our families by showing them Jesus in everything we do. As men, we need to examine our personal relationship with Jesus. Is it helping us to grow, to be better husbands, fathers and friends?
Becoming a Spiritual Leader begins with being a Disciple of Jesus, learning from the Master. While we all desire for change in our lives to be instantaneous, we know that lasting change takes time. Allowing Jesus to change us is a journey, it happens step by step as we walk with Him. Part of our purpose is to strengthen Men and example that journey as we walk and grow with them.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17
How do we do that? We need to read, meditate on, and obey scripture. We need to Pray! Become a disciple of Jesus, be transformed.
