Onboarding and orientation for those becoming a Coordinator (Level #3)

Step #1: Ground Rules

Go over our basic ground rules below with your Pastor.

Core Competency

Leadership Development - Mentoring, training and empowering Team Leaders.

Expectations

Recruit, onboard and train Team Leaders.
Assist Team Leaders with recruiting Team Members.
Manage ministry budget.
Set quarterly goals for your ministry.
Meet regularly with your Team Leaders for planning, training and encouragement.
Attend staff meetings with Pastors and other Coordinators.
Regularly tithe to the ministries of LVCC.

Skills

Demonstrate competency as a Team Leader.
Communicate, direct and oversee Team Leaders.
Resolve conflicts and solve ministry problems.
Resource and strategize with Team Leaders.

Step #2: Leadership Convictions

Go over LVCC's Leadership Convictions with your pastor.
