North Wing Expansion
We are expanding our current Worship Center to included 3,066 square feet of additional children's classrooms, bathroom, office/copy and kitchenette w/pantry. Current estimate for construction and fees is $1.2M. We hope to break ground in the summer of '24. Once it is built, we will convert our South Wing to offices, conference room and overflow for Sundays.
Site Plan Design
Our Building Team is working with SJA to develop a master plan of our 25 acre campus which will include a 750-seat sanctuary, a multipurpose "barn", buildings for children, Junior High and Senior High, storage, administration, ball fields and additional parking.
Patio Extension
Expanding out patio eastward will give us more outdoor seating for worship venues and events. The expansion calls for concrete work, landscaping, seating with tables and shade.
Storage and Landscaping
We plan on adding two more Sea-Trains, a Tough Shed and some fencing for a storage yard behind our current Worship Center. We also plan on extending the landscaping on the frontage section next to Shaw Ave for improved curb-side appeal.
