Review the video with your Team Leader.
Tips to Remember as you Serve:
1. Serve as an act of worship to Christ.
2. Everyone is a "10" somewhere.
3. Share ideas on how to improve your ministry.
4. Invite others to join you.
5. Serve at least 1 Sunday a month.
6. If you can't make it, find a replacement for yourself.
7. Stay fresh by taking advantage of our training articles.

Core Competency
Time Management - Showing up on time, ready and prepared to serve.
Expectations
REGULARLY attend church so you can keep growing in your faith.
RESPOND to communication sent to you by Team Leader in a timely manner.
REPLACE yourself when you can't make it.
Skills
Access and use Planning Center Online (PCO) for scheduling.
Regularly access your email and/or text messages.
Any ministry specific skill communicated by your Team Leader.
