Facilities Request Policy (for ministries)
- Event must not violate LVCC’s Basic Beliefs, Purposes or Values (see website for those statements).
- No alcohol, smoking or drug use in the facility.
- Donation is negotiable according to the nature of use.
- Donation is due the week before event.
- Must submit request at least two weeks in advance.
- Use of facility is conditional upon availability.
- No loud music or noise before 6:00pm Monday-Friday
- Party is responsible for set-up, tear-down and clean up.
- Party must assume responsibility for damages, stains, broken equipment, etc.
